Dancing is not just good for your heart, but also your mind. Recent studies show that seniors who took up dancing had a reduced risk of dementia.  The theory is that remembering all the dance steps exercises the brain. Line Dancing is non-partner dancing where everyone starts in a line and learns a set pattern that repeats over and over again throughout the music. Integrates a variety of basic steps from different kinds of dances.  Enhances: Cardio pulmonary function, memory and rhythm. Boosts:  Confidence, body shape.  Strengthens:  muscle tone and bone density.  Reduces:  Stress. Learn beginners’ line dances to Big Bands, Country, Disco, Latin and Broadway music.  So saddle up, and get ready to have a blast!
