Simple Italian Country Cooking

Course Meets: Tuesdays, noon-2:00 pm

Course Size: 6-12 students

Starts: March 30, 2010

Ends: April 20, 2010

You will learn the basics of great Italian cooking; an oven braise to establish levels of flavor you thought were unattainable in a standard kitchen, how to make traditional homemade Italian pasta (tortellini, ravioli, cannelloni), making classic tomato sauce (both marinara and classic Sunday gravy), and other great Italian classics.  Bring your suggestions for dishes you would like to learn to create.
