All-Grain Home Brewing

Description: Learning how to brew a batch of good beer is the goal of this four week course. The biology of yeast and how the four essential ingredients of brewing come together will be explained.

You will achieve a balance of flavor by learning how to create your own brew. You will end up with a beer in your own home that is as good as, if not better than, that of most micro-breweries.
