Description: What and how should you eat? Do you truly understand ingredient labels? Who can you believe? The world of nutrition has been on a whirlwind tour since the 60s, when some folks thought they had it all figured out. Now a week does not go by without some new discovery discounting what you have learned. Should we all rely on the government or advertisements to tell us how and what to eat, or are there more reliable sources of information that can help us improve our health? Learn how deceiving food advertising has become and how you can cook, eat and feel better.
