Steve Powell
Steve Powell adopted Mount Desert Island in 1982 and remains pleased with that decision after 40 years. He has conducted a number of cinema and literary classes for Acadia Senior College in the last 17 years. He is convinced that, next to the printing press, the movie camera is the most important human invention of all time.
