Ben Emory
Ben Emory served on the Forest Society of Maine’s original board of directors and is now married to its president/CEO, Karin Tilberg. He is a former executive director of Maine Coast Heritage Trust and the Land Trust Exchange, represented The Conservation Fund in Maine, and has served on the Land for Maine’s Future Board, Acadia National Park Advisory Commission, and Blue Hill Heritage Trust and Downeast Coastal Conservancy boards. He has previously taught courses for ASC on both land conservation and boats. Ben received his AB from Harvard and MBA from Dartmouth. He is the author of "Sailor for the Wild – on Maine, Conservation and Boats."
